Payment Policies

Payment Policy – Dhuwaragamai Centre of Education

At Dhuwaragamai Centre of Education, we value transparency, fairness, and accountability in all financial transactions. This payment policy outlines the rules and procedures regarding fee collection, due dates, payment methods, and related matters.

1. Fee Structure

  • All fees, including admission fees, tuition fees, and other applicable charges, will be communicated clearly at the time of admission.

  • The institution reserves the right to revise the fee structure when necessary, with prior notice to parents/guardians.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Fees must be paid on or before the due date specified by the institution.

  • Payments can be made monthly/quarterly/annually (as per the chosen plan).

  • Late payments may attract a late fee penalty as per institutional rules.

3. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made through:

    • Cash (at the office counter)

    • Bank transfer / UPI / Online payment gateway

    • Cheque / Demand Draft (in favor of the institution)

4. Late Fee Policy

  • A grace period of 5 days may be allowed after the due date.

  • After the grace period, a late fee charge will be applicable.

  • Continuous non-payment may lead to restriction from classes, withholding of progress reports, or cancellation of admission.

5. Refund Policy

  • Admission fees, registration fees, and other one-time charges are non-refundable.

  • Tuition fees paid in advance are refundable only if withdrawal is requested before the start of the academic term.

  • No refunds will be granted once classes have commenced.

6. Receipts & Records

  • Official receipts will be issued for every payment made.

  • Parents/guardians are advised to keep receipts safely for future reference.

7. Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure timely fee payment.

  • The institution will send periodic reminders, but non-receipt of reminders will not be considered a valid reason for delayed payment.

8. Policy Updates

  • The institution reserves the right to update or modify this policy. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
